step 2: SITE MEASURE + DESIGN DEVELOPMENT
Once it's official, you'll complete a detailed design questionnaire (heads up: it may get personal—it is your home, after all). Next, we'll schedule a site visit to come out to your home.
We will thoroughly measure your space to ensure accurate planning and layout. We take detailed notes and snap plenty of photos to document existing conditions and understand spatial dynamics. We gather your input and desires to tailor the design to you.
This step is crucial in ensuring a seamless renovation—proper planning eliminates costly surprises later.

step 3: DESIGN PRESENTATION
With a full understanding of your lifestyle, aesthetic, and goals, we'll move into our detailed design phase.
We'll meet at our showroom to review space plans & furniture layouts; material selections including flooring, wall treatments, and lighting; custom millwork and built-in designs; complete furnishing and styling plans
Once the design is approved, we'll source materials, finalize selections, and prepare permit-ready construction drawings (if applicable). We document every detail to ensure a cohesive, well-planned transformation.

We'll coordinate all purchasing and delivery logistics; work collaboratively with the construction team, and ensure a smooth process for you. We'll send you weekly updates and be available if any questions arise.
