The process: how we work

  • step 1: meet & gather info

    Join us for a complimentary 30-minute meeting—virtually or in our showroom—to discuss your goals, timeline, and budget. We’ll walk you through our process, answer any questions, and provide ballpark estimates for projects similar to yours.

    Please note: This is not a design consultation, but don’t worry—we’ll dive into the exciting details soon!

    If we’re a great fit and you're comfortable with the cabinetry estimate, we’ll collect 50% of the design fee and get started!

  • step 2: site visit

    Once it's official, you’ll complete a detailed design questionnaire (heads up: it may get personal—it is your home, after all). Next, we’ll schedule a site visit to come out to your home.

    We will thoroughly measure your space to ensure accurate planning and layout. We take detailed notes and snap plenty of photos to document existing conditions and understand spatial dynamics. We gather your input and desires to tailor the design to you.

    This step is crucial in ensuring a seamless renovation—proper planning eliminates costly surprises later.

  • step 3: design presentation

    With a full understanding of your lifestyle, aesthetic, and goals, we’ll move into our detailed design phase.

    We’ll meet at our showroom to review cabinetry layouts & selections; hardware, countertops, tile, and flooring; fixtures, lighting, and more

    Once the design is approved, we’ll source materials, finalize selections, and prepare permit-ready construction drawings (if applicable). We document every detail to ensure a cohesive, well-planned space.

  • step 4: project installation, supervision & coordination

    We’ll coordinate all purchasing and delivery logistics; work collaboratively with the construction team, and ensure a smooth process for you. We’ll send you weekly updates and be available if any questions arise.

    From contractor coordination to final styling, we oversee every detail—so your vision comes to life without the stress.

    We advocate for you throughout the process, ensuring the project stays on schedule, on budget, and true to the original vision.
